Help Regarding Slow Motion Dance

Hi recently i came to know that the beauty of slow motion dance.I tried to walk in slow motion. But I can't get it .If anyone can do it please let me know ,Is there any sites having videos about this dance or guidelines.

I search everywhere in youtube .All videos are about showing slow motion dance.No one is telling how to do slow motion dance...
