(according to by research) the four temperament; 1. sanguine - impulsive and pleasure-seeking, sociable and charismatic, generally have an shameless nature and they have no lack of confidence. 2. Choleric - born leader, fundamentally ambitious. They have lot of aggression, energy and passion and try to instill it on others. Highly disorganized or highly organized. Essentially very much prone to mood swings 3. Melancholic - fundamentally introverted and thoughtful. Highly creative in activities such as poetry and art. often perfectionists. self-reliant and independent. 4. Phlegmatic- relaxed and quiet, ranging from warmly attentive to lazily sluggish. Tend to be content with themselves and are kind. They are consistent, relaxed, calm, rational, curious and observant, qualities that make them good administrators. Which are you?
