I think that my allergy is already lasting 3 weeks now and I already stop eating anything except crackers and fruits but still all the itchiness on my skin still remains. I know that I am healthy and I don't have any history of anything that cause allergy except this time. I also buy purified water just hoping that I can surpass this disease that I don't know where I got. The scratch and wounds on my skin is not that visible that's why I am afraid to have a check-up knowing that the doctor will said that I am just overreacting about my itchiness. Can you advice me some foods that I can eat, I think I am starting to feel weak because I don't eat the food we serve at home fearing that it react more on my allergies. I only drink coffee, crackers, apple, banana, grapes and water, but this diet makes me weak and I am missing now to eat a home meal, please help.

hi, there how are you, sorry you have allergy, but you need to be careful for all the things around you like foods and air dust and where you set or work and drink as this is easily irrigated and irritates disease that can be affected by things you don

just avoid foods that usually cause allergy or avoid foods that are irritants, like chicken and eggs, shrimps, some kinds of fish which i'm not sure of its names.anyway, my sister avoided these in her meals and it helped her allergy stop and go away. take care.

On a diet like this you could seriously damage yourself. And if you still itch then it may be one of these foods. Or it may not be a food at all, soaps and other things that touch the skin can cause this. Even laundry products. Look for something that is new to you, but remember that you can develope an allergy to something you have used for years. Good hunting

I agree with 3Honor. It must be something which has nothing to do with what you eat. It could be because of what you're missing---something like vitamin deficiency. It could be allergy to something in your environment. Try visiting a dermatologist.

Maybe you should consult another doctor if you have the chance. They can give you list of food to eat or not to eat. An allergy lasting for that long serves as an indicator that something is not good or maybe it is not an allergy or anything else. They can figure out what's happening to those responses. For now, try milk, it is a complete meal. Stay healthy. Take care.

hi airkulet do go to your doctor and get tested for what y ou are allergic to then just leave that out of your diet and eat sensibly so you will feel s trong and good again.,we cannot advise you what foods to eat until you know what food you are allergic to and do not eat that food.go to a doctor who specializes in allergies and get tested to find out what you are allergic to.

What kind of allergy exactly was that?., are you sure you got the allergy from the food you eat? Some allergies are coming from the air and change of climate sometimes from so much cold and wind, are you living on the same location you are in right now or have you been from a tour or travels? I am telling this to you because i have also an allergy with some climate maybe... i have experience a really bad itchiness on my skin, so many years back several times in my life. I scratch my skin so much and it became worst, red dots and rushes started to show up, i was looks like bitten by hundreds of mosquitos, my skin swell. I have observed that when i am changing location, going from one place to another or from my country to another. This might be a similar situation from your, its only my suspect on your situation, if the doctor can't give you an exact cause why you are feeling that kind of itchiness. I could be wrong too...:P My Brother is also having a bad allergy if the climate changed or very cold. So i guess that allergy of yours is not from the food you really eat... Try to eat rice porridge with carrots, corn and green leafy vegetables , it can help you regain your energy, banana will also help you to get some energy back.
