Afriyani demand for reducing her sanction

Afriyani Susanti which hit some of people in Tugu tani and killed them...
The court gives 15 years sentenced for her..
She and her lawyer think it is too harsh for her fault..
one of her lawyer, Efrizal said that they are objection with the verdict..He said that the verdict is too excessive..And we have filed appeal...
Efrizal claims that the judges’ ruling is inconsistent with the law. Under Article 311, sub Article 5 of the Traffic Law that was used to charge Afriani, the maximum sentence is 12 years.
The good news that the prosecutor think the sanction is too lenient..And the prosecutor said that they have filed too an appeal on the same day with the opposite argument about the sanction...Prosecutor said that Afriyani Susanti should be punished maximum jail sentence 20 years because of her predimated murder...
what do you think about this sanction??

if this person is willing to take another life she should accept the punishment for actions in my opinion she is lucky she only got twenty years because i would have given her longer. I show no sympathy for this person or people like this.

i personally dont thing that she should get released at all if people are going to go around killing people then they should be walking the streets so they should be locked away. I think that its an insult to her victims memories that she is begging to be realeased early.

i do hope the trial will consider any information...
I understand as human, Afriyani ask or request about her wish..
but the court judge must consider too the feeling of the victim family...
most of the victim is the kids...
So consider it too Judge..Don`t only hear from side of Afriyani Susanti
