A fire show and a light show

I decided to make one more discussion about the cultural night that I visited tonight, because I would like to describe the fire show and the light show that I saw in the park.
I also saw it last year on cultural night, but it was much, much more impressive this year. First there was a fire show with some talented fire jugglers. Their show was combined with different kinds of fireworks. There were a lot of people and I couldn't see all of it, but I was impressed with the things that I saw.
Afterwards there was a lightshow. It was amazing. In the park there is castle and they used that building as background and they created small stories with the light. They created a picture of Hans Christian Andersen and showed us pictures from different fairytales. It was very beautiful and very colourful. They also created many illusions and looked like the building was falling apart, but it was just an illusion.
Are fire shows common in your country? Have you watched fire artists perform? Have you seen any light shows?

thanks for sharing this one. haven't watched a fireshow yet except for fire dancers and the usual fireworks show. fireworks shows are very common here in the country every new year's eve. also, there is an annual fireworks competition in the country that i get to watch with my family. the fire dancers are common in beach parties during the summer.
light and sound shows are more common though. usually, during the christmas season, there are a lot of light and sound shows in the major cities here in the country.

In my country fireworks shows are also common on the New Year's Eve, but the rest of the year we dont' use fireworks much and I was surpriced to see that they used fireworks on the culture night. The combination of fireworks and fire show was beautiful and the fire artists were very talented. The light and sound shows that you have during the christmas season sound interesting. In my country some people make their private light shows during christmas, but it is not that common. The fairytale lightshow at the culture night was amazing and I enjoyed it very much. I will definately return next year and watch the lightshow again.

fireworks are very common here in the country. we use it not just for welcoming the new year but in almost every special occasion. fireworks are used in town celebrations, weddings, product launches of private companies, and even during special events like concerts, sporting events, and for sure in the upcoming octoberfest, fireworks will be used.
the light and sound shows are common in the country. each city usually has a designated place wherein they have the light and sound show. i'm planning to take my daughter to watch a couple of these light and sound shows this year.

hmmm yeah some of the fire shows goes on in india too but that too in some other special events or may be in some or other other big shows.. but its rare to see here in india hope fireshows goes on here frequently... but light shows are most common here. there are many places here where we can watch light shows and they performance of those light shows are really awesome...

In the my country the fire shows aren't common either. Last year on the culture night I watched light show for the first time. At there time there were only two fire artists who performed, this year there were 4 artists and the show more advanced this year. I was impressed to see it. Light shows aren't that common either. There are sometimes some lightshows around christmas time, but the light show that I watched last night was different because it was a fairytale light show, and it was amazing.

Seems like a lot of fun and entertaining show. We do have something similar like this fire show with lots of fireworks in our country too. It is a lot of fun to visit and we enjoy ourselves a lot. I didn't go to the fireshow this show but the past few years I have visited with friends and family...

Yes i am a performing artist, so i am particular with fire shows and light show. Its really amazing things to showcase the beauty of lights an fire because of its incredible. Here in some malls they have light show at the evening with the fountain and water together with nice music.... very remarkable as well...

I haven't seen a fire show in a lot of years. There is a restaurant I used to go to that has different shows on the weekends. I've seen fire dancers there and it was fantastic. We have fireworks shows here on New year's eve and the 4th of July. They are always beautiful to see. It seems they get bigger and better every year. But I have never seen anything like what you've described. It must have been a really great show. Did you get any pictures? Thanks for sharing this great experience.
