Players Bad Mouthing Other Players

Now that the fall football season is in full swing. The teams are pumped up and ready to go. With all the hype and emotion of the games sometimes words get in the way. Players trash talk other players, players get in front of the media and bad mouth other players and social media gets involved and the comments go viral. In situations like this what do you think should happen? Is scolding the players enough, should they be punished, should the school be penalized or should we look the other way and acknowldge that is all just part of the game. Your thoughts?
