As social media websites are so common that people join and spend lots of valuable time on it. I do have facebook and twitter account but i dont spend lot of time, i usually spend around 15 minutes in a day. I am wondering if you can share your experiences and views on this topic.

Sometimes just a glimpse if there is no such activity. But I spend an hour or more if there important
things to do like chatting or uploading photos. Same as tweeter.

Well for me it really depends on the amount of time I have to be on there. I do post from time,to time of share things that are going on with my business or church but that is about it. From time to time I might play cafe world but anymore Facebook is almost boring and I would definately rather be here instead.

Hi smartbrain69, like you i do have twitter and facebook account too before i spend 4 to 5 hours communicating with my friends and relatives to those social networking sites but now I only open my twitter account once a week and for facebook twice or thrice a week for 10 to 15 minutes only. I preferred to work online that spending my time in social media sites like facebook and twitter.

I am only in Facebook and I think I spend about half an hour on it answering private messages and checking out my friends and family abroad. I am online on it 24/7 thru my blackberry though because my friends abroad find it cheaper and more practical than a long distance call or text.

I spend 5-15mins.. Earning money online is more worth of my time now. I've outgrown that phase where I have to check on other people's lives which they are very open to share.
