I woke up very early and started preparing breakfast for my children. I know I won't be able to do this very often because I am working in another place. I know my children has not been expecting too much from me now because they know my situation and they are old enough to understand. Spaghetti is my son's favorite and he will be very happy to know that prepared this for him.

Congrats for being able to do this with your children even if it is not that often. Well, working mothers like us always feel great when we do something like this simple things. Actually, we used to long doing this everyday even when we are at work. Good thing that your children do understand your case. My kid is three years old and he could hardly love being with me since I have been working and used to leave him. Surely, you have a happy family.

I am actually in the same situation. I have been assigned in a different place and I can seldom go home. But the difference is my children are grown up already. When they are of that age, I just work in place near our home so I could take a look at them from time to time. I know, its really hard to be separated from the family. Thank you for the response keshlois.

Your children would be really happy seeing spaghetti on the table. I have also thought of doing the same. only thing is i have tons to do in the morning and slicing ingredients would take a lot of my time.

What a wonderful mother, what wonderful children. The support of one's family is important to the measure of success one is able to achieve. Keep supporting one another and all of you will prosper.

Yes, actually I am leaving again in a few hours and I can't help myself from being so sad. Just a few more days and this training is over. Thanks for sharing roberten.

Yes, even if our kids are grown up, they still love to be treated like small ones. You're really great inspite of your hectic schedule you still give time to prepare breakfast and your son's favorite spaghetti

Yes, that's true jaiho. My son would always asked me every time I come home (sshhh! a great escape) if I will not go back anymore to my place of assignment. So I can still with them for a long time and can cook some more.
