How about your job, are you satisfied?

I have graduated over 2 years from college.Now this job is still my frist job,that means i'm working in this company all the time.In the beginning,i pick up this job,because this is a new company,i can get a lot of opportunities to study many knowledge and skills,but now i found i'm wrong.The company is operating inefficiencily,and the enviroment i will work at in the future is very terrible,i can't go home everyday for it is too far away from my home,and there is nothing and nobody around except my workmates.I'm not satisfied with my job now,but the penalty is to high to quit this job.It's so upset.What i should do?Can you share your experience with me?

Before you leave your job make sure you have another one to go to. I wish right now I had a job whether I liked it or not. I've been out of work 2 yrs now and staying with my son. It sucks not to have an income.
So put your best foot forward keep your job, and look for another.
