when the Dr failed in a surgery without any personal reasons, or it is just the illness itself ,should the Dr be blamed?
Can you make sense if the family members of the patient attack the Dr to injure just for the Dr did not cure the patient?
Do you think Dr should be well-paid? and what if a Dr receives charges?
Do you think the Dr should cure you whatever the illness is when you see a Dr ?
Is the relationship between Drs and patients serious for the time being?
How do you think about Drs and patient when we see a doctor?

In my opinion Dr should be responsible for that because he knows the situation about patient when he arrives doctor, But now a days some doctors treats it is a business so they misusing their responsibilities. Because of those people losing their trust on real doctors, so first people should trust doctors first, it is very important before they get treatment from them isn't it?

Then patient doesn't know anything about doctor, so patient have to trust doctor and if anything happens to patient then we don't have to attack doctor but normally people doing that, we have to file the case in police station and if doctor do the crime or something then they will punish him.

Doctors are humans, and humans make mistakes. HOWEVER, I think mistakes can not be permitted in this area. Doctors need to be extremely competent and qualified before allowing to diagnose or treat a patient. If a doctor is not sure about a diagnosis, he should be honest in this and allow the patient to get a second opinion. If the doctor is unable to treat a patient due to the severity of the disease, the doctor can not be blamed.
In case of a mistake by the doctor, I can understand if the patient and/or the family of the patient attack the doctor (by suing him) because of what he did. A doctor can not be sued for not being able to cure a fatal condition.
As for a doctor's payment, I'm not so sure. Of course, being in the position and having the possibility to save lives and treat people well should deserve a reward in a way (as in, a good pay).
When I go to a doctor, I expect help based on his expert knowledge, but I do not expect to get a cure, because that might not be possible. Some people go to a doctor assuming he can fix everything, but that is not the case. Doctors can only apply what they have learned, you can not expect them to fix every problem. The best one can do is sit down and have a good talk with the doctor, going over as many issues and symptoms as possible. That way, you increase your chances of him being able to help you well. The more details, the better.

If the doctor did all that (s)he was supposed to without any malpractice, then it is just life. It is sad that so many people do blame the doctors when they are unable to help their loved ones because it leads to doctors refusing to work on certain high-risk patients that desperately need help. The doctors are afraid to get sued and innocent people pay the price. I understand where some people may be coming from though. They are grieving and being able to place blame on someone else relieves them of guilt and helps focus their pain on something more manageable to them- anger is easier to deal with than despair.
On a side note, I think that a lot of doctors have become callous and condescending. I switch doctors a lot because of this. I have had doctors refuse to give me pain medications in bias of my appearance; and I have had doctors who refused to listen to my opinion because they think they are omniscient and I know nothing about my own body. They often jump to things too quickly without listening to all the symptoms, which could indicate something entirely different. I feel as though they are too busy and too snobby, which is something that a patient should never feel toward someone they have to trust their life with. I understand that it is a stressful environment and there is need for a degree of detachment, but sometimes, I think they need to be reminded that it's not just their job, it's my life.

There are two doctors in my family,my aunt and my dad. I suppose it is such a serious job and i do not like going to hospital everytime since i was a kid. Some doctors are cool while are not really bad. So i feel really different feeling about this job.

if the doctors tries his best to cure the patient, but couldn't cure, just because the illness is way much stronger, than the Doctor need not be blame. Doctor is a human being, who tries his best, not GOD, to cure everything.
but in case, he dint cure the patient, because of his personal negligence or any other personal reason. than yes. its his duty to try this best to cure a patient.
whether is Doctors fault or not, family members need not attack the doctor. if they have any complaint, it better to register a complaint to the police or to the concerned authority.
we hope that doctor will cure us, no matter what illness we have, but sometimes its not possible, its not in the hands of doctor to cure everything. in case one doctor is unable to cure, try another doctor.
doctor-patient relations should be serious and open. i mean, you should share every information with the doctor, and should not hide anything from him. the more information he gets, the better and fast he can find a cure.

All the doctors have not similar nature. Some doctors are very serious to their work.It is right that it depends on a doctor that how he should treat his patient. But in my opinion there is a deep relationship in doctor and a patient..Rather this relationship become positive or negative.
