i think i might be suffering from this, i am just not sure though as there are times i am feeling it is just normal, and sometimes it is feeling a bit okay and then sometimes it is just painful in my wrist. ;)

Hi Caira, pity to hear you had developed this problem. Is it because of you are using the computer daily on the long hours without enough rest? As i know Chiropractic is quite a popular way to solve certain health problem. One of my friends ever use Chiropractic to solve her back pain. Hope it will able to solve your problem as well.

I have a very mild case - it just flares up if I knit a lot. I met someone who had had the surgery - he said that it went fine and the advantage is that afterward you can't get carpal tunnel syndrome again. I wore a wrist brace for a while and after a few days of icing it and then putting a warm pad on it it felt better.
