Feeling ugly or blue? Dance!

I've discovered something better than Prozac! LOL! I don't like to take medication but know that I suffer from low grade depression. I've found that whenever I start to feel blue or bad about myself all I have to do is put on some good music and dance. 3 songs usually do it for me. I try and dance a little every day.

I have been in my lowest point in my life but I try to veer my thoughts away from painful events. I do not want to lose my sanity! Whenever I feel I am almost in the verge of snapping, I just try to concentrate on a movie instead.

I know what it means to be at the lowest point in one's life. You will come through it. If I may make a suggestion to think about all the things you are grateful for and to dance for a few minutes every day you will come out of it much faster. That has always worked for me. :)

I know the feeling of feeling very low and I know that it is hard to try to put a smile on for every one as well when feeling like this. I wish I was well enough to try to shift the feeling by having a dance.Glad you have found something that works for you.

Wow, that is good of you... You manage to ta,e away your depression at the same time you are exercising ... Maybe i can do that too, but i dont know any dance step yet hehehe... But you had given me an idea what to be done when i feel not myself...

You have found a pretty nice way to keep yourself engaged when feel bad about yourself. I would say it is technique that switches thoughts from feeling bad about oneself to feeling hot about oneself. G on be always happy!!!!!
