So I'm currently a senior and I'm taking 3 college courses that I will get SOME college credit for if I pass.. and 1 AP course.. but I have the option to move back to cali and go to my old school where I'm almost sure I will have to take all AP courses... which is better?? I'm guessing I should stay because of the college courses but for two of them I only get credit for one semester when i complete the whole year.. and AP courses doesn't guarantee credit because I have to pass the test first.. so what is better? a few college courses or at least 6 AP courses?

I think it depends on where you'd like to go to college after you graduate. I didn't do dual enrollment, I just took AP classes and one class my senior year that I got college credit for. Some schools don't like you coming to their university with a lot of credits already because it means you'll take less classes from them which means less money they make. I think the big name universities sort of frown upon dual enrollment a little more than the smaller universities do.
It's up to you though. Both AP and dual enrollment will be really good for you and will help you get into a good school. Good luck with your decision!

Yeah I realized deciding where I want to go to college is a big issue in this problem and I had no idea that some colleges dont like student with college credit already :o I thought it would help because it would show that I'm a strong student and all that.. but we'll see. I'll most likely stay at my current school because it's hard to change schools senior year.. But thank you! Really trying to make the best decision possible.

A lot of times, the big universities like to see that you've taken AP classes and challenged yourself. If you get a pretty good grade in an AP class, the college won't even care if you got an actual college credit for it. They just like to see you challenged yourself academically and you were able to do well. I think it probably is best you stay at your current school for senior year because I don't think it would be very fun to switch at the last second. Good luck :)
