How to write SEO in wordpress.. anyone has that simple instruction and example?

I've been searching over the internet on how to write SEO in my SEO settings... i have a field to write on but i don't know how.. is it in a code form or not. with tags or without.. my head is aching reading so many instruction for this simple problem... Can anybody help me or just a tip on this? Thanks in advance.

You can add a plugin, it's called seo in one
