Have you meet the same adversity in work like me? When I first take a new project development, the professionals of other function team members sdid to me in directly that they didn't trust me ,they didn't want to discuss with me for the project, they want to talk with my boss.At that time,I felt a little disappoint, but I shift my moods quickly, I thought if i were them, maybe i wolud do the same things. So I report this status to my boss firstly to let him know what happened, than I told him my methods that I would keepp contacting with them actively, and if they find you, please let them discuss with me for the project.Fortunately, I got support from my boss. And then I contact with the other team members, I knew that they had much more experience than me, but I had find other ways to prove my solutions were correct. Using test datum and collecting as much information of the similar previous projects development as possible. Many times tests to get exact test result, these test datum will illustrate most things obviously, and the information of previous projects development would give us reference, both of these methods proved the necessity and feasibility of my solutions, add my keeping communicating with them, finally I performed this project successfully.Do you have any other better ideas if you meet the same things? Could you share them with me please?

On my part, I always communicate with my team for the updates and status of our work. I do it by email (for reference) and/or by personal. Whenever I encouter problem in the work, I also told it to my boss then he will advise me, then my boss will talk to other party regarding the problem. I am thankful that my boss is so good that he listens to our resentment with our work (and with our teammates) hahahaha :)

Keep in mind that you're working because you work for yourself, meeting your needs and earning yourself a good salary at each pay out. You're not in your office just to please any one or any body in there. if you know for yourself that you're not making them aggravated in any way any how; then it's steer clear that they may have a problem with you and you shouldn't give a big issue about it. It happens in all aspects of workplace, from all management teams and divisions. It is inevitable but that's doesn't mean that it is always left unresolved (most likely if you won't either stay away from person and feed negativity on it) and of course, there's always the friendly Human Resource Department to help you out. Speaking of which we do have a meeting right now with these guys and it is a sign that they're also supportive for the employee's needs and concerns. But if you're too bothered about what's going on with you personally at work, you can tell them and they'll sure help you out. It happened with me before. Given steps above works for me. What's worse is there's a lot of credit stealers out there and crab mentality sets in when they see you succeeding. Well, on the contrary; if you can't take the heat, get off. It's useless aiming a battle for lowlifes like them. LOL. Happy mylotting :D
