How do you think that?

In a certain country ,there are 4/5 medical students change their jobs away from doctors?How do you think about it ?
Also the same country, a medical intern has no pay.and Once he becomes a resident ,he has only 80$(average income is 660$ ).Do you think it is fair?

I would say lack of ethics and nothing less.Medical profession is about service and you have to make this decision before you join the course. It is quite sinful that you have completed the course taking somebody else opportunity otherwise and then opting out of the profession.
