Right now most young generation prefer to surf the net than read newspaper. And I'm just wondering what will happen to newspaper after 30 years? Do you think this newspaper still exist? Or their will be no more newspaper but electronic newspaper?

Yes I think the newspaper will exist even 100 years after also because TV cover the only limited news but newspaper cover all small news also. Even city news or town news also. Even lots of electronic media will came for showing the news but no media can replace the newspaper.

Maybe in third world country but in industrial countries? I don't think so. Right now for example me. For twenty years I buy newspaper but now I don't buy newspaper anymore. I just visit the online webpage of my favorite newspaper and read from their. So its paperless and I don't need to go to the newspaper store just to buy newspaper. I'm sure many will going to follow. Beside how many youth right now read newspaper?

Why pay for a newspaper when I can always go online and plus I get more information on everything. In an age where the media can no longer be trusted I always turn to the internet for sources rather than pay for a newspaper that gets stolen from my frontlaw.
Anyways I doubt newspaper will still exist after the next 20 years rather, they would have came up with something new by then.

Anyway those news that you read online are also come from media. SO if media can't be trusted so is the internet information. lols.
But I do believe that in 30 years their will be more change and in 30 years every body is more conscious about the environment and I'm sure in the future every thing will be put into order. No more newspaper.

I think the news papers are gonna disappear. With the arrival of kindle, ebooks have become the trend and the physical hard cover books seem to have vanished. the day is not far when the newspapers will also face the same fate. But nothing is more relaxing than a cup of coffee in hand and a newspaper.

I do believe that paperback books still going to exist but that's just going to cost a lot compare to ebook. But in term of newpaper I think newspaper will be gone in 30 years also. theirs just too few who read newspaper now a days as you can watch news in TV or read news in internet.

I think it will still exist because not all of us can afford paying on internet cafes or even using computers.

How much is the cost of buying newspaper right now? In our country the cost of buying newspaper is the same cost if you going to go online for one hour in internet cafe and I'm sure in the future internet service will be much cheaper and newspaper will be much costly. If that going to happen then I'm sure you going to prefer to go online than to buy newspaper.

I guess you mean that newspaper still going to exist. I guess in 3rd world country theirs still going to be a newspaper but in major countries I don't think their will still be a newspaper. Just like one city in our country that they ban using plastic bags because its cause major flooding when plastic was been thrown in rivers drainage.

I can't wait to have that type of newspaper. And I guess that newspaper is also like a computer in which you going to store it and not throw it and if you want to have daily news you need to subscribe and each day they will just going to update your digitize newspaper. lols.

I guess that's is true. Its just going to be paperless news. I guess when that happen theirs a big chance in the world as the environment will be much more safer. I'm just wondering what will going to happen when all the news become electronic. I guess those newspaper stands will going to stop operating. How sad.
