Many times, nezavisima.I have my own business and sometimes days are too tiring. Also I have a flair for writing.Mostly I write in my mother tongue,Hindi, and many of my articles have been published in reputed Hindi magazines. Now I have joined a couple of article writing sites.Presently I am writing an article for Expertscoloumn.com.I have been having a hard time writing it as I want to give my 100% and write as better as I can.Doing business and then writing article in a foreign language, you know,is tiring.Last night I got too much tired and don't know when I fell asleep. My wife kept all my papers and pen in the book shelf.
I have experienced a couple of sleepless nights writing this article. And sometimes I can't write, because of being too tired of my business works.
When I am too much tired mentally, then I either go for a long walk or read a book of my choice or watch tv or,as you know, have a session in bed with my wife if and only if she agrees and is not tired.

I think, when you start enjoying the work and organizing it in a proper way, then there will be no fatigue or tiredness.

It's only normal that we sometimes feel exhausted from work. When you feel this way, try to walk around for a few minutes just to unwind yourself. In my case, when I feel tired, I simply drink some cold juice and eat something to refresh myself.

I often experience that fatigue due to excessive work and work-related stress. What I do is to take some day off just to recharge and rest, I often sleep for long hours and eat what I really crave. Lot of fluids and vegetables is what I c usually crave. Thanks and Good luck to you.

Maybe this is just a temporary thing? Or maybe you need something new in your job. Try seeing if things get better in a couple of weeks and if not, maybe you need to change something like your hours, or shift some responsibilities.

Yes, I get tired when I do overtime, and routine work, however I do spend a little money on body massage every month. It keeps your stamina and if you can, after work try to relax on a sofa and do nothing, I hope you will refresh tomorrow morning.

Neza, it is quite usual in my daily life to feel tired with my work. It is because i never have a time to rest since i am at home. There are plenty of household things to complete daily. It is my duty to complete all the household works since others are busy with jobs outside of our home. But, i always make sure that i will have a little time being spend for online, to kill my boring and tiredness. Have a nice day....

I have the same issue, i felt so tired with work as all i want now is to sleep the whole day for entire week, i feel sick waking up each day and come to work though i know its better this way than not having work at all as i know how it hard to be unemployed thinking of all those bills that i need to pay every day and every month. Maybe i just need few days of vacation to be relax.

Being tired from work is something that you can't really avoid. There are times that I am not doing anything at work so I am not really getting tired. But what makes me sick and tired is the fact of travelling from home to work and especially from work to home just because of the traffic. In your case if you can hire home massage then do it even at low price.

I'm a chat and email technical support for a very famous Facebook game. We are required to play the game all the time. We also need to be online in Facebook and Twitter while working. Most of my friends like to have my job. But I'm doing this for more than 2 years. So it's just like a routine. Going to work every night is like a battle for me.

I felt the same kind of pressure and fatigue in my previous work and I just totally gave up on it. I decided to go home to my hometown and start some other venture with less pressure. I can say that I never regretted my decision plus I get to enjoy a lot of things like quality time with family, friends and relatives, time for hobbies, and time for myself. I think I just made the right decision.

I think most of the days i come home from work im usually tired, its work and i deal with phones ringing, when i leave making sure its transfered to me, i have to run to jobs and get material go to the bank and this and that so its not easy for me but i do alot here at times.
I write up the payroll, i type up the jobs and things that have to be done at jobs so i do alot here. I have alot of pressure on me as always but things get done and mistakes happen.
Tonight i will probably be tired im going home and then out to dinner for birthdays and so ill be tired at the end of the day.

This is normally the case when we deal with the same type of work. anything done in a routine way again and again -- issuing tickets, receiving customers, making dishes, receiving cash -- whatever it may be results in boredom and consequent tiredness. Also sometimes when we compare with others -- who may be appearing to be doing less than us that may bring more tiredness.

I have a little break but apparently not enough to me.
Yet when you're not working you rest a little while and when I go to work if I go into an insane asylum, and many sacks filled with work and insoles and shoes.
Thanks for the reply.
