troubled teenage girls..

What do you think of teenager girls (about 18-19) who skips classes to the point of dropping subjects and always hanging out with drinking friends? Her family has set their rules on her but she keeps ignoring it. I don't want to give an unsolicited advice but this behavior is bothering me. How do you think can I help her?

Actually that issue is not new to me anymore. I have a friend during high school who is doing that as well though not the same level as what you have posted. I don't really know how to help that kind of person but then if I am the parents of one of those teenage girls then probably I will not enroll her to the school anymore because what she is doing is just a waste of my money on my part. I wouldn't be strict like she has to stay at home and study but skipping classes and hanging out with friends during class hours is not a good idea.
