Last day was great that God gave me experience thou and perhaps that I can't Imagine to be choosen to be a secretary in the class, where I think myself can't able to qualify specifically I don't have good quality in handwriting specially infront of the board. but still they choice me to be and sooner I don't know how to stand on that position I have let it be in the flow with the strength of God and guidance in me always. still I will not limit myself and explore things which is I able to do even I don't have confidence to do it skills and knowledge will come out sooner on this task.

Poor handwriting? you can improve the quality of your handwriting by imitating someone's handwriting which you think is good handwriting. I used to do that, if I am interested in someone's style(handwriting) I will try to copy it and practice at home. Now I can change my style for every line of text that I write

We often have such persons. When I was a student,I was admitted in a new school where our Hindi teacher was unable to write grammatically correct Hindi in a good handwriting. The irony was that there was hardly any boy in the class who did not receive punishment from him for incorrect language and ugly handwriting.I was regarded as a very good student with a good grip over Hindi, but I could not escape punishment.I wonder how and why you did not see the handwriting of the person before appointing him as your secretary!

Well, many times when things like this happen it is often Gods way of showing you and teaching you of how worthy you are with something new. You may not always be the most qualified and always know what you are doing, or need to be doing, but that is OK. Life has it's ways with Gods guidance of giving us opportunities just to see how much we can handle, and then helps us along the way.

It is best to check with your boss on his expectations. Traditionally, secretaries just take dictation (minutes of meeting) and type it out. However, with the advent of email etc, the roles have changed.
Here is one description:

Mostly, it is more focused on administrative roles to free up the boss for more important task.
