yesterday, i went to the bank to apply for a visa card, but days before of my visit i checked their website to which branch i can apply faster and have my card on hand in an instant. So i did apply online and will have it get to the nearest pick up branch, and so i went yesterday, but to my dismay the officer who handle such accounts do not accept my papers he said i need to show a proof of billing and he explain why, but i said, it is not written in your website and he said it was just a recent change, so I pleaded, because i came from a 2 hr drive, i spent money on my gasoline and have to pay extra for my driver.but he just resist. so i went outside with a side face. i told myself ill give it a try to the other branch i pass by, i will try my luck. and so i did, the girl was so accommodating, she ask me for my id's and she said, "is ist ok for you to come tomorrow, because i still have to load the cards, it should be ready by tomorrow." hearing that i was so happy i just said yes :), so i went this morning, she accommodate me cheerfully again, she process my business immediately and in less than half an hour, i got my card with me :) so I endlessly thank the woman for acknowledging my request. so how about you have you experience the same thing?

Hi there,
The occurrence is very common here. If the service level of some organization could be improved, people will be very convenient during daily work. Those people who have the right to approval something always find some rules to reject your request, especially he have reason to defend yourself or have no relationship with them. It is just like the first guy, who give out a lot reasons to deny you without any consideration your endeavor and payment. In comparison, the girl is very kind and helpful, than you resolve your problem easily and happily.

thats true, i hope everyone will be accommodating and more responsible with their actions. its not that they will be in the same position for life, they should practice considerations and empathy.

Yes, I had several experience regarding meeting different kinds of people, at work, at the grocey, school. Every person ineded has his own trademark or an identity distint to him or her only. Everything is relative, case to case basis as what they call it. A different degree of goodness to each and everyone. Also, it is also how we perceive that if it is acceptable to our standards or just below par.
Good thing, you have your card now. Just got my visa card too, 3 weeks ago and people there are so accomodating. Hope everybody will be like those good people, but I people are not alike as we expect it. Thanks

yeah that was so nice of the girl in the other branch. I think the man was very rude to you and he must be like that and not very helpful. what a waste for the company. The girl is the valuable asset to the company on the other hand. Some people don't do their work properly and are just a waste of time. I agree that everyone is unique and it is good that you had thought of going to other brand of the bank. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.

yes, i am thankful that i did try my luck, i also asked the girl if she needed the proof of billing the man was asking, and she said, just two valid id's.. so it thought maybe the man was just lazy to do his work and just had his alibis.

You're lucky enough to find a person who really do accommodate and try to understand your situation give you chance not to defeat you're purpose of coming there. We can't blame others also for being so strict and so inconsiderate of not allowing you to achieve your goal of going there.

One single concern, two different ways to deal with. I think the first guy is just doing his job...the wrong way lol! Actually, most customers, myself included, do not necessarily get pissed off with the rules. Rather, it is on how it's being communicated to us, and how we are being handled. I wouldn't mind going back to finish my business as long as I was entertained in the nicest and professional way possible.

yes good point, and man was being rude, whatever i said he just keep saying that the rules was changed etc. i am so thankful for the girl, i kept saying it to her even before i left their branch :)
