Unprofessional People

Why is it that unprofessional people can't be avoided? It seems that my day turned to be a bad one. I have this person from the bank, I was trying to call him for 3 days now for opening a bank account. He rescheduled my appointment yesterday and he gave me a call this morning saying that he wants to meet me today afternoon. Now, it seems that he's not going to turn up again. I'm now getting so piss with him for all of this. I can say that he is so unprofessional and he didn't even informed me that he is not going to show up for the appointment.

The way that person act is indeed unprofessional. Maybe you can ask the bank for a replacement or do it yourself with bank employees who are available.

Yeah, I have decided to visit of the nearest branches to process my application. That way, there's no need to depend on people as to wait whenever and wherever they want to come and honor the appointment as scheduled. Thanks.

There are really some people who are not sincere with their commitments. Perhaps you can inform the bank mangement about their employee's behavior as it will certinly affect their business.

I actually wanted to do that but I don't want to put him in trouble either. I don't want him to lose his job. I have decided to go to the bank and have my application done there.
