Shot gun married still exist?

Hi do you think shotgun marriage still exist in this modern world now? There's so many teenage relationship now and even have so many single mom or dad...in the past shotgun marriage occurs but now I don't hear anymore that shotgun marriage.

Could you please explain what is a shotgun marriage for I do not understand it. I think if you will elaborate it more, it would be better, not just for me but to other mylotters too.

Hi Kenshin , sorry I thought it is a clear sayings, what I mean is a boy that was force to marry by a girl parents because he make the girl pregnant or kiss or abused her.

I still think these kinda marriage exist but not so much as people are more independent and rather not married if its not for love .
