The power comes from within?

Powerful men exude power, send others their inner strength, because, yes, that power comes from within. Not to interfere with charisma, with some ability to persuade or create false impressions power, although it is difficult to distinguish between true power and without substance attitude of some who seek to give the impression of power. What makes this inner strength? I think everything starts from an inner balance. Achieving this balance varies from person to person, depending on the way of being, desires, expectations, but very self correlation with the wishes and expectations is, I think, the key to achieving inner balance.
