The best and health way to lose weight is just eat less and do more exercise.don't eat the junk food and andded more fruits and something that contain more cellulose to your diet.And you can drink some tea 0.5 hour affter your meal.Hope it has a good effect on you.

There is no such thing as fast weight loss that is healthy and that you would be able to maintain anywhere near into the long term future. Your best bet is to start adding a little extra activity each day to your schedule and also try to remove any unhealthy snacks from your diet. If you don't have too much weight to lose then you should find that you're able to lose it slowly without having to make too much effort. Most people find that when they write down how much they're eating it is easy to find ways in which they could improve their diet, so try it and see if it works for you.

try the after 6pm diet. eat an early dinner and do not eat after 6pm, but you can still drink water, stay out of soda or anything sweets. and you can drink 2 glass of water 30 mins before meal,by the time you take ur eal you feel full up so ull be eating less. hope my suggestions will help.. 1. Watch your calorie intake, sodium and sugar. Look at food labelling before you take it.
2. Eat protein, fiber: meat, fish, fruit and fevegatbles. You can eat a LOT of fruits and vegetables. Avoid starch: pasta, rice, potato, bread, only limit to a small portion of wheat pasta/bread, brown rice.
3. Exercise cardio intense (HIIT/high intensity interval training), more effective than regular running/cardio
4. Strength training to build muscle, because muscle burns fat.
5. Drink a lot of water
To add once a while you can do detox program.
