Needless to say prom dresses mean a lot to school girls. It is so important, its meaning is none less than a wedding dress to a girl.
I can still remember the prom night clearly. And the prom dress is just gorgeous, it is a little bit like the dress on the website:

Girls, what are your prom dresses! BTY, can you share your prom story with us?

Oh,yeah.Prom nights are really unforgettable memories for me.I loved my two dresses. They were both simple and not revealing.I didn't wear sexy dresses. However, I found them great on me.Unfortunately,I only rented those lovely gowns for my mom knew,I wouldn't wear them again.LOL.I guess prom nights are what girls and boys are giggling for. They meet their crushes or their girl friends or boyfriends. They also see their teachers in formal attires which show more of their astonishing beauty.I love prom nights!:)

I remember all of my prom dresses. I went to 6 lol. They were all very beautiful and I did reuse a couple of them. I wont go into detail with all of them, but my senior prom was with the man I am married to now. We went with another couple that I was friends with. We went to dinner at the best restaurant in town, danced all night long, and then he got to come home with me because he was renting a place behind my parents house. He was allowed to stay until the wee hours of the morning that night.

Wow, so sweet, you and your date become a couple! Not many people can keep that kind of relationship for so long. I hope you are your husband happy forever! This prom is definitely memorable!
And it is highly recommended that you reuse a couple of them. Some girls just wear them for only one time. It is a kind of waist. You really did a good joy.
Thanks for sharing your beautiful memories! Have a nice day!

Prom was only about three years ago for me, and the best part about it was getting to get all dressed up. My dress was a shimmering blue, one that my sister had worn to her prom. Other than that, prom was pretty boring for me. The food wasn't too great, I didn't have a date, and I never had too many close friends in high school with me anyway so I only did a little bit of socializing. Still, I love getting the chance to wear formal dresses, and I wish there were more events for me to wear them to now that I'm older.

I never had any prom. Our class was banned from any proms, don't get me wrong, we're not delinquents or the hopeless class. In fact were the cream of the crop, so to speak. It's just that because of our being soooo smart, we managed to have 2 teachers resign from their post. I went to a private school, so just imagine the anger of our director because he has to fill in the empty slot himself. So, he banned us.

I can understand that... we have seen such occasion.
It is the teachers and school to blame. How cannot afford to make you miss such beautiful memories.

Good for you. In my experience, My prom dress was so simple, since I was fat at the age of 12 then I had no choice but to use whatever dress my mom chose for me. It was a brown sleeveless knee length dress. Very simple one (PLAIN). Very mundsne.

I went to my Junior and my Senior Proms, and for my Junior Prom, I wore a burgundy dress that didn't really quit suit me too well. It was more of a bride's maid's dress than a Prom dress. I didn't like it.
I guess my Junior Prom was a trial run for my Senior Prom because by the time of my Senior Prom, I had picked out the perfect lavender dress that I could add trinkets to if I wanted to, I decided to get my nails done, and I decided to get my hair done, and wear some really awesome jewelry. My Prom pictures looked pretty cool, and everything turned out great.

I just never got to wear one, because I never graduated. My only good prom dress if you can call like that was my wedding dress years ago. I do believe that I would still fit in it because I never gained any extra pounds like my mom was. Well I don't own that dress since long time now because I got rid of it so I cannot really tell you if it really still fit me now anyway.
