What is your stand about killing outlaws for the purpose of ending criminality? Isn't killing people who are considered criminals also a crime? This problem is so rampant in our place as well as in neighboring cities. I can only sigh about this raging violence that shows no sign of slowing down. Have you been in a situation where you see someone being shot right in front of your face or just close to where you are? Or should we accept this as the trend and say "so be it" as we are helpless ourselves and we can do nothing about the situation?
