hello.can anyone tell me what debit card is best for paypal and its min.deposit? thanks=)

Hello Mae. I'm not sure from what country you are from, but if ever you are from Philippines, you can have EON card in the nearest Union Bank in your place. That's the best bank to link into your paypal. It's even cheap, it will just cost you 500 peso for the card. :) Good luck. :)

I have a Paypal account link to my Union Bank EON card. It works efficiently. All Paypal account balance goes to my card in less than 4 days. Try it.

As far as I know debit card issued by union bank is the best because it seems paypal and union bank are affiliated. Apply in any branch of union bank, friend...

Any debit card from your bank account are good for Paypal and minimal deposit may vary on every bank.

hey friend , a debit card that carries a Master card/Visa logo is good. the card should also contain a special 7 digit number ( 4digit then little space then 3 digit number) in the space where we sign - this number for e-transactions .thanks.
