I have been thinking about moving with my family to England maybe to London somewhere and I was wondering about college there. What are the differences in education. Is it cheaper or more expesive, lever of education and what I would need to know before going to study in Europe. I have lived in Lithuania, before when I was young but wodering about going to college in UK.

London is the only placed people from abroad think to live, the truth is unless you're prepared to work incredibly hard, or have a skill in demand you will struggle to maintan a good quality of life in London. I believe studying in college for foriegners is expensive, when I was doing a Graphic design course I knew a woman from Jamica, she had to work very hard as a waitress after going to glass from 9-5 to keep up the fee costs.

as a foreigner education in both countries are going to be expensive. but in terms of living expenses, some cities in the US will be cheaper than staying in London.
also if you intend to enroll in the elite universities (oxford or cambridge) they cost more than others. so are some of the colleges in US - harvard, stanford, yals. the public ones are also expensive but a little cheaper than the private ones eg. UCLA, UC Berkeley, Cal State, etc.
