I love watching scary movies. It's enjoyable to watch it especially with my cousins. we turn off the lights and turn on the tv and scream to our heart's content. But now, we were having a contest on who gets to bring the most scariest movie. I brought all the movies that i can but I don't seem to have all the luck. What about you? do you like scary movies? what was the scariest movie that you've seen? One of the scariest movies that I've seen was the "silence of the lambs" and "exorcist". It kept me awake for most nights and I couldn't even sleep with the lights off.

I would have to agree with Exorcist it is one of the classic scariest movie of all time..They are other ones that scares me... It depends on what kind of scary you're looking for...For me movies that is based on a true story..Although that movie isn't that scary but the fact that it is based on a true story.. Saw is a gory movie..

Yeah, I like to watch scary movies as well. But none of foreign films were successfully scared me so far. Well, they still gave me some tense because of that surprising horrific sounds effect and music, but I still managed to sleep well after watching them. Local scary movies are the scariest for me. I don't know, maybe because we know the local ghosts are nearer and may appear on our house pretty much

I tend to like scary movies that were scary in the retro,old-fashioned way, before special effects were really perfected.A lot of modern movies seem to have gore for gore's sake, and some have so much they seem to be going for laughs rather than pure scariness.

Hi barbie. Actually I hate to watch scary movie. I can get panic very fast and it make me feel uncomfortable. Hahaha... they can make me really scared till I think I'm going to wet my pans. I really hate it. Hahaha... The most scariest I had ever seen was Nightmare on the elm street few years back. Then after that I dare not to watch any scary movie.

Lol I don't like to get frighten. Hehehe... But in the case of action movie, I don't mind to get frighten cause I know if I'm in that movie, I sure can think of the get out of the problem, but if in the scary movie like ghost or horror movie, sure no way out. It's no way to fight ghost we cannot shot ghost. :)

Really? well, I guess it's different for everybody. When I see a scary movie, it makes me want to watch more. I do get frightened but after a while I forget about it.

Do you want Scary or disgusting? If you want disgusting with the chance that it could be real that would make it scary then you have to watch The Human Centipede, or any of the Saw series movies. The only movie that gives me nightmares is the Halloween series by the way.

I've seen the Human Centipede and I don't want to watch it again. I wasn't able to eat for a day just thinking about it. The writer was crazy. I agree that Final Destination is a good one but not scary, it just makes me cringe every time someone gets their head blown up or smashed.

I could not remember the silences of the lambs may be I have watched its hindi dubbed version. Exorcist, was a little bit scaring movie (I think this is one with Keanu Reaves playing the part/ role of a priest). Little bit here because maybe I am now old enough to not to get scared from scary movies. But I like those movies which can create enough attraction and suspense to be remembered and shared with others. I have watched 'Scary Movie' which was a nice comedy combination of some hollywood movies like Scream 1, scream 2, I still know what you did last summer, etc.

Keanu Reeves wasn't in the exorcist movie, or maybe he was but that was a lame one. I was talking about the first Exorcist from year 1973. You can watch it online and I'm sure you'd be scared. It's a classic scary movie.

Oh yeah.. That movie was really scary especially the part when Raegan walked down the stairs upside down. It was fast but it made an impact on me. I used to check on the ceiling or the stairs to see if there was anyone crawling in there. Quite funny but I would never forget that.

I'm too sensitive for scary movies, i'm more into comedy movies, something laughable and enjoying but scary movies that sometimes can be just too much and I always get nightmares. It's like closing your eyes and you can still see them and the way people act is so dumb, anyways I still can't get the human centipede 2 out of my mind, although I haven't seen the first one.

I do sometimes think about that, but I still love it. The thrill is different when I watch scary movies. You go through a lot of emotions and if the story is really good, you get to enjoy it also.

Even I like watching horror or scary movies, but it should have a better feeling that it is should have a better theme and best cinematography also. The sad part is that we wont feel any scary if we watch some of such movies.

I've seen this movie three times. I was scared the first time. But the second time, I was laughing my heart out because my friends were all hiding under their pillows and screaming. It is a good movie. Perfect movie to watch with your friends and family.

Me too, I like watching scary movies but I prefer watching them with a company. I'm a bit of being scared and imagining things in an instant. Plus, watching with someone is more fun to watch too. I also like screaming and covering my eyes as something goes horrifying in the movie. I'm not into particular of what favorite horror movie is the most horrifying but I can remember is the Japanese movie, Shutter. It sure is so scary that it, too, didn't made me sleep for that night. My mother isn't an avid fan of these movies, she just laughs her guts of these movies and claiming they aren't scary at all. That's why I don't like watching horror movies with my mom because she just ruins the scary moments by laughing and blabbing how lame the movie is.

I agree that Shutter was scary but it wasn't a Japanese movie. It was a movie from Thailand. A lot of good scary movies today are made by Asians I think. Japanese, Korean, Thailand. They have more urban legends than the US.
