I have experienced that situation twice. The first time I was almost shocked when I met the person in real life because he was so different from the person that I expected to meet. Before our meeting we had exchanged emails and we seemed to get along just fine, but when we met in person he wasn't my type at all and I knew right from the start that he wasn't the kind of person that I was looking for. The second time we also seemed to get along really well online, and he seemed like the perfect guy for me. When we met eachother in real life things didn't work out at all. I wasn't attracted to him and he wasn't attracted to me. The third person I met became my husband and we have been married for 3 years.

Well i have never experienced that she had lost from our commons , if yes maybe because she's shy :)

I would say, that i can not relate to this. i have not or have never had any online relationship, or any online friends whom i am constantly chatting or spending time with. I think it is possible and others have proven that people meeting online is also a great way... but then i think that somehow, it does take double the effort because you are unable to show your love to the person who is just in another place.

Although I have chat with people I don't know who expresses their interest and I somehow liked some... I still haven't had that feeling of excitement when I see them online. Probably I was just so busy with some important things to take notice of them. And if I see them online, I normally wait for them to start the conversation. =) Sometimes, we won;t know the real character of the person online. Most of the time they appear to be the perfect one. But when you meet them you will really see the difference in them.

Yeah, it is actually happening to me right now. The bad thing to me is that I'm easily fall in love with someone even if I still don't know her personally. With a nice chat and life-long conversation with someone, it makes me happy and mostly make me fall to her. I had a conversation with a random girl on a flirting app called skout. We had a nice conversation and we had many similar experiences. I decided to get her number and with a little time talking with each other on the phone we started to propose that we like each other. Everytime she texted me or became online on skout and fb my heart beats faster than I expected. I always chat her first and she always responded and after chatting through facebook we end the night talking on the phone till we fell asleep. It's been 3 years since I've been obsess to a girl like this. I hope this will continue till we meet and I hope it will not change when we see each other.

hey, i went through the same face, i used to wait and used to be soo happy whenever he used too come online, we wait foreachother alomost everyday, now its been 5 years that we are friends, though we are really diffrent from eachother, we don't love eachother, but our friendship is really diffrent, it has that bounding which i don't have even with the guy i love and nobody could understand it because we have soo many things that are not common as we thought previously.

nice discussion to start. yeah recently i go thru the same phase as u described here. at nite i wait for her to come ol and i feel so nice to talk to her. so one day i ask her do u have attraction towards me, so she said no. i think at right time i asked her otherwise it will be too late for me. cheers.
