How to merge my account?

hi mylotters, can anyone tell me how to merge my old account here in my lot to my new account. I created a new account since i'm having trouble opening my old one, i try retrieving my password but the system always informs me that my password cant be found. kindly provide me information regarding this. thank you..

You cannot 'merge' two accounts in MyLot and it is illegal to have more than one account.
The first thing to do is to see if your old profile still exists. Its URL is simply 'www.mylot.com' followed by a forward slash and the username. If it does exist and you still have trouble recovering the password, you need to send a PM to GoAskAlice explaining the situation. He will help you either to get access to the account or to close it. You do NOT need to add GoAskAlice to your 'friends' list in order to send him a PM.
If it no longer exists, you will simply see the Home page http://www.mylot.com when you try to view the profile. That means that either your account was closed by you or that it was closed by Admin because of Guideline/Terms violations.

I never heard about merging of account so far. Maybe you can write the management about this issue as they might be able to help you reactivate your old account if you have more points to consider with that account.
