Oh, the dreaded call back to a business! You call a business to talk to a certain person, so the receptionist has to transfer the call. After being transferred you have to leave a message on their voice mail, but you can't because the voice mail is full.

This person you are calling must be busy and has no time to listen to her voice mails. I would try to email and if that wasn't available just wait afew days and try again. I was trying to get ahold of a lady that I was taking a class from and her email was full. I just had to wait until I got back to the class.

oh yeah this has happened to me a couple of times, but if i would be transferred yet again, i would actually tell the receptionist or the call agent to transfer me only if someone has answered already. =) its really tiring to be calling again and again. if they say they cannot wait for me or my call to be picked up then i would ask for the direct contact number.

har har har i do understand that. i dont do call backs but sometimes when i need to call my sunt who lives abroad sometime i can no longer leave a messge at her voice mail for it is already full. very frustrating specially when the thing i need to tell her are truly important. although i know that my sister knows the same feeling that you are in for she works also in a office that there are times she needs to leave a voice mail. frustrating that you just wasted your time and needs to call up again the next day.

Well to tell you I hate this About business calls and I get very irritated when I phone goes to hold for about 10-20 minutes because I am losing my credit. I have stopped calling now. I just go to the office and see the person face to face now if I have some work. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.
