Morning Walker

It is said that by using Morning Walker daily for 15 minutes we shall get the effect of walking of 10000 steps. Morning Walker is effective for Blood Pressure, Diabetes, Arthritis, spondylitis, obesity (EXCESS BODY FAT/ WEIGHT) and many other diseases. I rather confused and hope mylotters may help me by providing information on Morning Walker and morning walk.

with reference to your query, having a morning walk is really good for your health. as what you have said, it is indeed effective for such illnesses that you have mentioned. hence it is really advisable to do a walk everyday as this promotes good health to our body.

I thats pretty much everything , you are on a good track .I am not a morning walker but its something always interest me . I want to do some more daily activity other than walking to my car and beach side .
