The hardest time work!

Hi!
Well i miss here! it's been a long time since i last opened mylot account and i miss you all guys.
Anyways, i have been a lot of problems and struggles nowadays, specially in my work. You know, its not the work that's the problem, its my co-worker.
Its difficult to deal with their attitude. I have been working on the same field for almost 4yrs now,i have met and worked with diffirent person in my work and this is the first time i encountered such kind of people. I mean, i dont want to be mean, but im just saying the truth.
Im not happy anymore and not even at peace. I think its not when your tired that its difficult to work. It more difficult to work and its harder when your not happy anymore.. :( im really sad.

well, you can make a choice for that because the environment in your work is not friendly at all. we can tolerate small salaries as long we are compensated with it to buy our necessities and other expenses with thorough budgeting as long you are having a healthy relationship with your co-workers.
i experienced same odd feeling about that. but it was not my co-workers because we love each other, but it was our boss. we found a hard dealings with her. not happy anymore for everyday different gossips were being made from both parties. gee, one reason why i stopped working aside for my hectic schedule of my studies.
do what is appropriate thing to do depending on your wants... best wishes

haha... same here before...
so why suffer maybe some good things are waiting for you if you quit now. well, you are right that, it is worthy to wait for one more time. maybe things happened like that between you and your because of some reasons. try to expand your horizon in terms of understanding your boss. who would knows, maybe in the future both of you could established a much better relationship

I just want to say: please don't give up. I think the most direct and simple approach is changing your job. But even you've been in a new circumstance, you may face with the same situation, you have to learn how to deal with relationship with your colleagues whereever you are. So just stick to and develop your relationship with you co-workers, i think you may get improvement for yourself from this problem.

Yes the hardest part in a job is getting along with our officemates and our boss. This is one of the thing that every woker should be put in consideration. Time will come that we will lost our enthusiasm with our work if we have aproblem on this area. Well, I think you should take into consideration on the circumstances of your decisions or plan. Its good if you will take some off and take time to think it over. Happy mylotting!

Hi, debbygirl! I can so totally relate. I posted here at myLot before about a co-worker who used to be my friend. Her negativity is so contagious, I can get physically sick. In fact, I am on sick leave now, because a blood vessel on my right eye burst. I don't know. I must be really bothered when people say mean things loudly that it totally affected me. I cannot tell you that you just have to bear with it, because believe me, in my case, I did. But it gets so frustrating when you try to be nice, and that person still acts like you are her doormat.

i think everyone of us experiencing that situation...not all people in an organization is good to you or you are comfortable with...many people said just dont think about them..they are just struggles in life you have to pass through...but then if its hard for you...then go out there..because it will be useless working in an area which you will not producing well
