Which is the best face primer for oily face before any face powder is applied?

Many reviews about Revlon face primer gave the product a high rate. I wonder if it is advisable to women with oily face.I hope you can enlighten me with this...

I use Revlon face primer (the purplish one), only because L'oreal ran out of base magique (it is my HG). Or you can try a mineral make up base or finishing powder. You can use the finishing powder, then the mineral make up, then another light dusting of finishing powder. Mineral make up experts call it sandwiching.
