I think you're out of luck on this one. I have only heard of a few cases where anyone grew substantially taller after age 22. Better idea is just to take good care of yourself physically and work within the body you were blessed with.

I think I can still grow. Have you tried some of those height enhancing medication? Do they work?

Never took anything to try and grow taller. I was told growing up that playing basketball would make me taller. They predicted I would grow to six foot ten. I'm six foot five a little bit taller than my brothers who never played basketball. I have a cousin who is seven foot two. He never played basketball either. Good nutrition and good exercise growing up will no doubt help you grow taller than your parents but outside of that I don't believe we have much control.

Thank for sharing. I think for me 6 foot 5 is a little tall for me. Just about 6 feet would be my ideal height.

Hi friend!
It is certain the you are past of your growing age, but good and healthy living might give you some inches more, like drinking milk and adding calcium and vitamins to your diet. Lot of exercise, plenty of water and good sleep not only might help you in your goal to grow taller but will make healthier.

Yeah. I say there is minimal chance that I will be able to grow much taller with this age. The common response would be to add more calcium to the body and more sleep. But is there a secret thing you can do to increase your height?

there are medicines in the market that promises they can still make you grow taller despite the fact that your past the adolescent stage where you acquire all those height! My friend, tried those vitamins, Cherifer PGM (sold in the Philippines) and it worked on him! But he was only 20 at that time.

I also tried cherifer when I was under 20. It only gave me a few inches after taking it for more than a year.

Hi,friend
I think doing more exercies will be helpful to grow taller. My nephew was short and fat when he was in middle scool. But now he is taller and not that fat as he often played basketball in high school. I think most boys like playing ballgames, you can try it.

Yeah. I have forgotten to exercise and do some stretching now. I have to make it a habit to stretch once I go to sleep and wake up in the morning. And also drink some milk.

BY the image of yours, i feel you play basket ball which ia a good way of increasing height. Another way is to try out badminton. These two games have helped me increasing height. My friends also said me that having regular pull ups and cycling helps in increasing the height. I think should try these methods and it would surely work out.

Yeah. Thanks for the advice. Some of my friends actually said also that playing basketball can increase the height. I don't know why but it works because most of the people are tall. I should do pull ups too. I want to know why these things make you taller.

oh I think I have not heard growth at 22. How tall are your parents?? somethings can not be changed. if your parents are short then it may be genetic and that is why you might be short. don't just take medication to grow taller when it is not possible because it will have an adverse effect on your body. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.

Some say it is genetics, but some say it's just nutrition. I think both can work together for you to be taller. I am still hoping I can grow a few more inches. I know there is a secret to that, that's why I opened the topic here in mylot.

Increasing height is based on proper diet, enough rest, regular exercise, and genetics. With genetics, you cannot really change your genetics; when it comes to your body's growth in height, the human growth hormone (HGH) is primarily responsible for helping you grow.
Although research indicates that your HGH levels are mostly active during your adolescent years, it is somewhat active during adult years. Everyone is different with their HGH levels. Generally, men stop growing between ages of 21-25 with some guys either earlier or later than the age range. Women tend to stop growing around 18-21. But I could be wrong about my age estimations of men and women's growth because I am just basing it off things I heard from others.
While there are pills that claim to increase your HGH levels, I would suggest you help your HGH levels be naturally active with the things I mentioned about diet, sleep, and exercise. Regarding the foods, just try looking about foods that is mentioned with helping HGH. That might be a good place for you to start for having a proper diet.
