Just a month ago, I lost my wallet together with my phone when I was on my way to work, riding a public bus. And just this morning, I lost my cellular phone, again! I dont know what;s wrong with me, why do I keep losing my valuables! Is it just me or does others share the same experience as mine, too?

A few years ago, I lost my cell phone when I was hiking in a local scenic spot, which is located in a mountain. I left it on the table of the top mountain. When I remembered it and went back to it, it was already gone. I was so sorry for it. That was the only one I have ever lost. I made a few calls to my cell phone, but no one answered it till later it went out of power. Ever since then, I have been careful with my belongings when I go out traveling or shopping. Take care.

I tried calling my number and it just kept ringing. After several attempts to call it and hopeful that someone will answer, it just went off! Its not the phone itself but the messages and the pictures I have on it! Thanks for sharing!

I have lost things on public buses, but never my wallet or my phone. I usually try to keep my phone and wallet in pockets in my jacket or backpack. Sometimes, I have worn pants where items slip out of the pockets. So I try to keep my valuables in my backpack and try to limit how many times I take it out when I am on the bus. I am usually very careful with my stuff when I am on the bus. When you carry only a few items with you, you only have to worry about those few items, which should be easier for you to handle. If you carry multiple things, it becomes difficult to keep track of all your items. I remember losing other miscellaneous items on the bus like water bottles, writing utensils, and batteries.

You are correct. I am really planning to get myself a backpack and not a small shoulder bag! Thanks for the advise. I just hope I wont lose another phone again!

That was terrible thing to happen in our life. It's like we lost everybody in this world. It could also give us a problem when we doing business where our customer cannot contact us as usual. This could cause us loosing business. I experienced losing my mobile phone, my life become misery. I got to get back the same sim card number from the service provider. Then I have to wait my friends, relatives and customers to call me then only I can get back their number. This is terrible to get disconnected with others.

You need to have presence of mind. You must have misplaced it somewhere or maybe you were not paying attention to it one moment and someone, a thief, got it. Focus and pay attention to what your are doing at the moment or you will be losing stuff always.

I'm so sorry that you have to lost it! Yeah, I'm used to be pretty absentminded as well, so I have lost several valuable things...Although recently it has gotten better. To prevent this to happen again, always put your wallet and your cellphone in your bag, don't put it in your pocket, it will drop easily from your pocket especially if you're riding public bus. make sure the bag closed tight...I have lost a cellphone too and that's because I put it in my pocket it'll drop or picked by someone easily.

I have never lost a single phone my entire life nor a wallet. My mother-in-law and i have been discussing it this morning. We both share the same opinion that some people just attract that kind of fate. They easily lose something or they are prone to attract thieves. I know you are being careful with your things, but it just happens.

Sorry to hear that. I guess better not use your valuables when riding in a public transportation cause thief could see it especially when there are lots of passengers, they would really take every single chance. Just be alert all the time.Be safe and God bless.

I'm sorry to know that watch. Well, actually I had already lost a cellphone while I was riding a public transportation in our place. It was stolen from me. I learned from that experience already and now I always keep in mind to take care of my things and be cautious specially that there a lot of bad people today. We cannot even tell who they are because sometimes they wear more beautiful clothes of more than we do.

Occasionally when i just left a car, i would drop my phone on the seat as i normally put it in my pocket. But luckily, as of yet i have managed to remember it just in time to stop the car from leaving and take back the phone. Its really troubling to lose your valuables especially a phone.

Oh oh I usually break by mistake my valuables as I by mistake broke the laptop screen and had to pay so much to replace one. Now I have not lost my valuables any time. I think you should put in in your handbag and do not try to take it out or be careful to put it back in the bag after use. I hope there are not pocket pickers there who takes your valuables. are you sure you lost it or it got stolen???
