Being Pregnant at the Same Time as your Mother...

The other night I watched the movie "Father of the Bride 2" and it made me think to myself: " imagine being pregnant at the same time as mom". I think in a way it would be kind of cool but also possibly a bit awkward, I suppose it's hard to say without being in the situation. Have you ever experienced such a thing? What are your thoughts? Feel free to comment on this movie, it's one of my favorites.

No, I don't have to worry about that one. One of my cousins had her son very close to when her mother had her third, and final, child. So, the two boys have pretty much grown up together--probably more like brothers than uncle-nephew.

Oh yeah that movie is nice and i liked it very much. I have not seen it in real the mother and daughter pregnant at the same time but I did like it in the movie. it was funny the last part. There are cases where it happens in the real life and I have heard of it but not seen with my eyes. I guess my granny and my aunty had this situation because my dad's youngest brother is the age of some of my cousins so it is true. It used to happen when old times when they had many kids. My grandmother has 9 kids. Gosh how could she manage.lol

I've never witnessed such a thing in real life. I bet it's almost unheard of that the mother and daughter would give birth at the exact same time, like it happened in Father of the Bride 2.

It must be incredible that your own son or daughter grows up with your brother or sister. I also have seen it in a movie, but never experienced a situation like this and it's quite difficult to imagine. But a situation like that can really be something special.

Yes I think for the two children involved it would be pretty amazing to be such a close family member and so close in age.
