Yes yoga is the best way for removing any disease or weight. This is good for maintain the health. Lots of positive effects on body and mind both.

with yoga one has to be consistent with and you can not just start off and it takes time to get it full. yes it is for all problems in the body. I would like to do but i just can't do it I guess. it needs lot of patience which i don't have..lol Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.
