We get old so fast and we have to face the fact that we will be grandfather and grandmother soon.It is the part of our life and we cannot stop it.We will have gray hair,or hair loss, our skin will become thinner which is prone to damage, sagging skin, wrinkles, age spots,we will use hearing aids, eyeglasses and etc. Are you afraid to get old?For me,a little bit but I always keep in mind that we will pass this stage of our life so we should live our life well and we should always try to be healthy.

Yeah, I am afraid to getting old too, even though I just 25 years old...haha. Anyway I try to eat healthy to avoid any premature wrinkles by eating more vegetables though I feel more healthy and in turn I hope it'll make me look young longer. I applied egg white and or yolk to my face too. I hear that will help you to look young.

While there are many people that are afraid of getting old, I have to say that I'm not really one of those people. The reason that I'm really not afraid of getting old is because of the fact that I've been lucky enough to see many adults that have been able to enjoy every single year of their lives. They were able to maintain their quality of life throughout every year of their life.
I have to admit that I look forward to seeing my children grow up and I look forward to becoming a grandmother many years in the future. I also look forward to hopefully having the opportunity to meet my great-grandchildren as well.

You are right, all of us cannot avoid getting older, and function of body will slowly decline. This is the fact everyong must face, so we should make sure keep health ourselves, because, compare with fear of getting older, we are afraid of can not take care of ourselves more. Even we will be taken by our children, we still prefer can take care the basic life of ourselves, and not become a burden on others.

May be being affraid is normally feelings of everyone of us. But being old is one achievement of our life specially that your life full of joy and good deeds towards other and to your family. Nobody can stop being older may be in modern way there are ways to slowly going but still we are going to that point of being old. But some or may us are look like more older than you real age may be because of the way of life your doing, our healthy life style and our vision adn thinking.

Alot of us think about getting old..We are afraid of our health declining or slowing down, coming up with health issues, diseases, wrinkles, age spots it is all part of an aging process..Fortunately, you don't have to live all of it...
With proper nutrition, exercise, and limiting stress can increase your well being and prolong life expentancy..
You know what they say, with age comes with wisdom..

I suppose that most people have a natural concern about age, especially since it represents the impending end of life.
Like most others I was always under the impression that being young was normal and old age was something that I had no desire to experience. However, I am now an old man and have little choice but to accept it. Like many facets of life, being old has now become the normal and any previous concerns about it have simply disappeared.

I don't really thin about it. I take it day by day.
Let's say you are eating the best dish ever. You will not enjoy it if the whole time while eating you are thinking how you will "process" it.
Great example, right? hahahahaha

Time will bring everything and getting old is natural and cannot be avoided so I don't think much about it. well I am in my 20s and I want to have lots of money when I am old so that I will not have much to think about. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.

There isn't a day that passes that I don't worry about waking up in a hospital bed barely being able to breath. Especially these pass few months since I turned 18 I can't help but worry that my time is running out and that I should have gone after my dreams the minute the opportunity first came my way.
