I am now 28 but I still do play "The Sims" during my free time. Free time means when I'm not at work and while my daughter is sleeping. When I don't feel like myLotting then you can find me lying beside my daughter in our bed playing that game in my iPad. When I'm stressed at work also and need some time to relax, so I would chose to go out for my break with my iPad with me and sit in any of the food court chairs and play. Once the break is over, I go back to my office and seems more relax and feeling better.
How about you, in your age do you still play video games and the likes? Cheers!

Everyone needs some method of just relaxing to break away from the ho-hum,even if it's just for ten minutes or so.That is great that playing "The Sims" computer game does that for you.
Before ABC discontinued most of my daytime shows I would watch them all the time.People would ask me why I'd watch those "dumb" things. And I would reply,"Well,it keeps me from thinking about my problems, lol."
I am 51 years old and plays various computer games during times I need a break during the day and at night as well.I mostly play,"Words With Friends" and "Drawsome".I like to also play "Solitare" and a few other games sometimes on Facebook.
Having an enjoyable pastime, games or hobbies helps relieve stress. Some people just like to watch tv or certain types of movies, play board games, garden.Personally I enjoy doing research of various kinds. However my favorite is doing genealogical research.I also enjoy reading and writing.A lot of that end's up being on the computer.
Iam glad you have found your niche to relieve stress.
