A little help please

Clearly i am still new to some of the things on mylot and even though i have gone through the guidelines which are very helpful, there are some places that i don't understand.My question is, how do i make a photo my profile picture.My profile has no profile picture and i think it would be better if it has one.Kindly assist me in some of the places i don't seem to understand.

as suggested by mysdianait - please go through the FAQs. still if you have doubts please ask. our friends will clarify. in fact when i joined two years back roughly-- i was helped by mysdianait and other friends.
