Dune Series - It May Never End

I just finished the newest Dune Series Book - Sisterhood of Dune. Very intriguing. Setting a lot of things up for what happened in the original series.
Speaking of the original series, I read than back in the 1980s. Took me forever to get through the 10 books. Now, I am still reading the series. At some point they are going to run out of prequel room. But honestly, this series may run forever.

Wow,there's 10 books around this classic series now? I wasn't aware of that..I'd read maybe 5 of them a while back..The original "Dune" is a book I've owned over 20 years since first reading it..I have to go back to it again every so often..maybe it's time to go back in to check out the others..
What I'd REALLY like would be a definitive movie version to come out at some stage..

Not sure you could make a good movie out of Dune. There is just so much material to cover. Hard to pack into 2-3 hours.

They didn't do too shabby a job with "Lord of the Rings",I think..fx wise,it should be possible,after that...just getting the cast and story right..
