Most of the people love to talk about dieting, losing weight etc. It is fact that obesity is the hot health business. Every noe and then we find ads about it. capsules.pills excersize instruments. But obesity is not only the issue for the health,we should think also about the opposite and that is underweight people. In saying it is easy to gain weight but in fact is not. How hard they try to gain they fail to achieve. I have many examples. They tried food programs, workouts, medicines etc. Even steroids(danger remedy) also ineffective for them. Doctors fail to detect the reasons.

Well, wait until you grow older until about 30's and you will see that you will gain some weight. I started gaining weight at that age and after giving birth to our daughter.

I have lost a lot of weight recently, and I have to say that there are far too many people who make things a lot more complicated than they need to be. The only thing that you have to do is to make sure that you burn off more calories than you're eating. You will burn at least 1,200 calories per day just by surviving, and this means that if you eat at around that amount you will lose weight even if you only do a small amount of exercise. There are many things that you can do, and walking is one of the best things that you can do, because you can always do it from the comfort of your own home.

That is a good point! I guess a lot of people are just obsessed in losing weight to be able to show off an eye-popping, jaw-dropping figure.

I have been slim since my childhood.Have no physical problem. So I needn't follow dieting or any program for losing weight, but I have read recently in an article that pranayams or breathing exercises are very helpful in losing weight. An acquaintance of mine was obese and now he is in good shape by doing pranayams regularly. However I don't know whether they can be equally helpful in curing hereditary obesity.

I have struggled with my weight during my teen years as well. Thank God, gym and exercise and diet worked! And, also, stress from work! It really is not easy to lose weight and keep it off afterwards, it needs discipline and determination and support from your family and friends as well. Whoever is having such struggles, keep the faith in yourself. As they say, no pain, no gain.
