Why some employees indulge in receiving under the table?

They are what we called Corrupt people. They are so many here in our country. If you're a Filipino then you would have already know who they are. There are some famous people in our country that are well known for they corruption and recently some high profile individual was kicked out of his position in the government because after being trialled, the court found out that he is guilty beyond reasonable doubt. and again if you're a Filipino you already knew who I was talking about and still after that most of them corrupt people still didn't get afraid that may caught some day. Recently a policeman has been relieved off his duties because of corruption or what we Filipinos called as "kotong".

Hi, That's red tape, and it can't be avoided since the people has made it a habit of feeding them to speed up the process. If the agency could look into the matter more seriously, it may be eliminated altogether. We don't practice that in our office, being aware that we should not accept bribes from our services or face termination from work.

It depend more on the moral value of the employee concerned. If you could not ingest spending money illegally earned then it means you still have a real conscience. Sad to say however, more people want to earn easy money and don't feel guilty as long as these would give them additional comfort.
