Do you believe the U.S Government lies?

I know the U.S Government lies to cover its track and did a very good job at dumbing down Americans so that we are not always aware of the truth and the facts that can easily be found out there. A lot of people working for the Government are also OK with the lies as long as it does not affect their lives in anyways. Just like how they told us they did not know anything about the attack on the U.S Diplomats who were in Benghazi when it is already been proven that we have been under attack for weeks, leading up to the 9/11 where they finally killed him and 3 other people. Of course they always end up lying about their mistakes, which I don't think is a good idea, but how much do you want to bet within the next 3 to 5 years we will hear a book out from someone who formally worked for the Government or was under the Obama Administration just come out of the blue and admit their was some hidden facts, just like the same with the Bush Administration. And how about 2 weeks ago when their was a book surfacing about how the Bush Administration also knew about 9/11/2001 months before it happened and their are thousand of files that have been destroyed or hidden away from the public that the U.S citizens are not allowed to see. I believe with out a doubt that we are being lied to but many of us out there are so naive that we will believe any lie told to us because we believe these people will always know better than us and we can not question their leadership but in fact they are actually no different then the dictators running the Islamic countries to this day.
