Protein Diet befor or after the work out ????

Hey friends ...
Lots of people have different idea about diet program , some said take your heavy diet before one hour going to gym and some said after your workout ..
Usually i follow after workout method because after work out body muscle need more protein..
Everyday after workout i eat 6 boil egg because egg contain lots of protein and thats true only white part of egg contain more amount of protein and yellow part contain more fat so i eat only two eggs yellow part and also i drink 500 milk ...
So any other idea about protein diet then please share with me ...

Are you trying to build muscle? If so than protein is the way to go.
For me, I follow a pretty high protein diet , but I still eat carbs since I am a runner. I am looking to build muscle though.
What I suggest is to eat a small carby snack before working out as that will give you energy. After you workout it when you want to kick yup the protein (especially within 30 mins, have a snack and in 2-3 hours have a protein heavy meal)
Ideas for protein is meat of course, but I am a vegetarian so what I eat is
-Greek yogurt
-egg whites
-beans
-those green peas like endenme peas (sorry I forget what the name of them exactly is)
you could also try some whey protein with spinach, fruit, and almond milk blended. Sounds nasty, but tastes delicious!!!

I had bought the protein supplements for my husband when he was going to the gym. There were to things, one was pills and other was in powder form. so he used to take it before hitting the gym. And the bad part it he did not continue the gym and half of it is just laying there in the self. So for me I have heard it should be take before the gym. Thanks for sharing and have a wonderful day ahead.

Usually i don't like to take powder supplements and any pills for body building because it has side effect compare to natural protein .. Main disadvantage is , if you away from gym from long days then your muscle mass will decease and its natural process but high percentage of decrease muscle mass with protein supplements like powder and pills ....

I dont follow diet programs but I would say if I was to , I would after work out sound more logically . Wow 6 boil eggs a day , I can only eat 1 egg a day and that is for breakfast .
You could try drinking raw eggs mix with milk if you wont get sick , I would not try it but people doing extreme diet do .

Ohhhh I am not eating egg so not know but you are right I heard in egg more protein. But I heard first time in egg yellow part is also there.

I've read somewhere that it should be before, but it has to be certain number of hours before going to the gym. If I remember correctly, has to be about 2 hours, so that you are not that full when you start your gym work and at the same time, you will have sufficient time to utilize it during your exercise.

I agree with you but sometime its also depend on your schedule because i like to workout in morning nearly 6 am so its impossible for me get have diet before two hours ago so usually i eat three banana before going to gym and after that my usual protein diet as i said ....

hey if you want go healty you don,t have to do something like that,cause that activity maybe is to hard.
try this
1.after you wake up in the morning you should drink water 1 or 2 glass.
2.eat bread especially wheat bread,maybe taste is not good but make you full nutritions in your body.
