My neighbour has recently been drinking a lot more than before because i guess the reason is because he feels desperate about his economic situation, although I am not sure. And it's also damageing his relationship to his wife. I have though of trying to help him out but i don't know really which is the best idea. I must mention that we aren't so good friends either, we aren't foes, but we don't know each other really well.
