hitachi or seagate......

hi,
i want to purchase a internal hard drive (sata 500 gb)which should i purhcase seagate or hitachi ? now seagate offering only 1 year warranty and hitachi harddrive has 3 year waraanty. price are same.

hey arvind , go for Hitachi . i personally use Seagate and it's a bit noisy . both offer good quality but Seagate produces little noise where as Hitachi has no issue related with noise. thanks.

hi arvind, I suggest better go for seagate. All my friends in IT prefer seagate. I haven't tried hitachi but I prefer something tested and something worthy of my money. So far, I don't have no negative comments for seagate. I've been using mine for almost 4 years already. :)
